We actively recruit the best people – just like you. Our approach is relationship-based. Here is how it all works:

  1. Submit your resume. Candidates can search and apply to our currently available positions on our job board. Include any relevant information or experience that can help us find you an ideal fit position to help you reach your career goals!
  2. Meet with a recruiter. If your credentials match our current needs, a member of our recruiting team will contact you to ask you a few questions. You may be asked to schedule an in-person interview, which would require you to stop by the PNL Recruitment offices and meet with our team.
  3. Skills testing. We may require some specific skills testing to help appropriately match you to our available opportunities.
  4. Reference check. We’ll ask you for several references, so that we can provide a comprehensive view of your qualifications to prospective employers.
  5. Get the call! Once you have completed these steps, and we find a match for your skills and qualifications, we may call you to schedule an interview with one of our clients. This is the final step toward finding your next great career opportunity!
